A merchant loan, which is also referred to as a merchant advance, is a business funding method that is designed specifically for small business owners.

Small business owners typically have multiple funding options at their disposal, but using a merchant loan offers the best repayment process. With a normal loan from a lender, you have to make scheduled repayments and you are charged interest on the remaining balance.

In this scenario, you will continue the normal process of your business with barely noticing a difference. Angel investors, equipment leasing, startup business loans and other funding choices are all options, but the merchant advance is best suited for small business merchants.

In terms of repayment, most companies will offer a flexible repayment structure with merchant advances. This flexible plan will go with the flow of the business. During low sales months, the payments are automatically decreased to account for the lower daily input.

This lower payment does not make your business incur any penalties or charges. The system is set up to account for these fluctuations in your daily business. If every day was the same, then there would not be any room for growth with a business.

The best part about this system is that the payments are made automatically. When you settle the daily credit care batch, your payment is automatically subtracted and sent to the lender. This saves you time on making payments.

Another advantage of a merchant advance over a traditional loan is the ability to renew the advance. When you have repaid an advance, you can simply renew the advance and receive additional funds to help grow your business.

This does not require any further documentation or questions. In a traditional loan process, this could take weeks to complete, but you could receive your money in a matter of days.

This will put you and your business in a greater position to be successful. Are you afraid that your company’s poor credit history and lack of collateral will hurt your chances of receiving the advance?

There is nothing to fear in this instance. Advances do not inquire about credit history or seek collateral. The only information necessary involves the credit card processing. Another great feature of the cash advance is that there is no limit to your spending purposes.

You can use the funds for whatever you like. If you want to have a company retreat, then it is perfectly legal to use the funds acquired in the advance to fund the venture.

For any merchant business, this is a great way to keep your company competitive and growing in this competitive market.

The economy struggled last year and, without being able to secure a working capital business loan, many businesses struggled to stay afloat. Although we also saw a shortage of sba business loans, nothing proves tenacity like fighting through adversity.

Despite being rejected by numerous banks for a working capital business loan, my family was able to find ways to succeed in the business world. We had a business that was facing an expiring lease at our current location.

Our landlord was desperate to make a profit, so they raised the monthly rental by thirty percent. Of course there was no way we were going to make this type of change, so we decided to find a new location.

This was going to be a risky move because many of our customers were not English speaking. Despite our efforts to communicate the future change, we ended up losing numerous customers.

We began a search for a new location, and we hoped that we would be able to find something that could benefit us and be convenient for our customers.

We were extremely lucky to find a location across the street from our old location. The size of the property was about two thirds what we had before, but the rent was one sixth of the cost.

We found a landlord who simply wanted to fill the space, and he did not want to cheat us out of the location. We signed a two year contract, and began our move. Our previous landlord did not like that we were leaving, so they demanded we pay the remaining three months of rent immediately.

That was over sixty thousand dollars, and we did not have those funds available at the time. We were denied for a working capital business loan, so we had to find alternative sources of funding.

This was disheartening because we had found a great future location. We contacted a company that could provide us with a merchant advance and inquired about our chances of receiving a merchant advance.

We met all of their prerequisites, but they were worried about us moving locations. Their regulations stipulated that we have at least twelve months left on our lease for any merchant advance. We stressed how our location was simply across the street from our current location, and we hoped this would be enough.

Apparently, they sent someone to inspect the old and new locations, and decided that we should be given the advance. Thanks to the advance we were able to move on from our old location and continue to succeed in our new location.

The economy has been in shambles for the last year, and this has directly affected small businesses the most.

The small business owner is the driving force behind the economy, but sadly, only the large businesses received any of the bailout funds designated to save businesses.

Despite the bailout money, banks have failed and the government is seizing many of these banks assets. Many of the large companies still failed. These were long standing companies, so it is not optimistic for the small business owner.

With unemployment in the double digits, it is difficult for many families to survive. To make matters worse, most small businesses rely on these every day citizens, so the small businesses are struggling.

With less disposable income available to families, small businesses are bound to suffer. To make matters more difficult, in my business, our overhead is increasing. Our lease is expiring soon, and our landlord is demanding a twenty five percent increase in monthly rent.

In my experience, such an increase is unprecedented, so I am forced to find a new location. Because I had to find a new location, it was difficult for me to secure a merchant advance for my business. I could not apply for this advance until I was already in my new location, so I had to resort to a traditional method. I went to the local bank and inquired about sba business loans.

This was a last resort for me because I had planned to try and remain debt free during these hard economic times.

I went to various banks and inquired about sba business loans, and I never realized that the process would be so stressful. I submitted loan applications to five different banks in order to improve my chances of success.

I had a history with one of the banks because my family and I had done business with them for the last ten years. I had three short term loans from that particular bank in the past, and I never had an issue repaying the balance of the loan.

At the end of the month, I finally received the results from each bank. To my dismay, only one bank had approved us for the loan. The main issue was that the bank did not offer a great interest rate, but it was my only option.

The bank I had done business with for ten years did not approve my loan application, so this was extremely disappointing. Nevertheless, I was able to secure a loan in order to help my business. My next course of action was to move locations and apply for a merchant advance to repay the loan.

The merchant advance offered a much better financial situation for me and my company, so it was difficult to ignore that opportunity.

There are thousands of small business owners in the United States. Unless you come from a wealthy family, it is difficult to find the funding necessary to be successful with your business.

First off, you have to have a business plan for your potential small business. This step requires a lot of effort, but once it is completed, you are on the right track to open your business.

The next step is to find lenders or potential venture capitalists to invest in your start up. Two years ago, both of these steps would have been easy to complete, but with the struggling economy coupled with the stricter lending requirements, it is difficult to find suitable funds for any small business.

Over the past year, numerous regional and international banks have collapsed due to toxic assets and poor lending habits.

These poor lending habits have made it necessary for the government to enforce stricter lending habits. This will be a great move for the future of the country, but this also hurts companies with a well-planned business plan or an established business that is in need of short term funds. One way to battle this inconvenient position is finding a small business line of credit.

With this extra source of funds, it is possible for a business to survive most economic struggles. It might be difficult for a start-up to acquire a small business line of credit because there is no past business success, but it is possible. If the owner has well established credit, then it is possible to receive this great funding option for your company. For established companies, this is a great alternative to receiving a long term loan.

There is no official scheduled payback with this option, but in most cases borrowed funds need to be paid back within a year. If your business is profitable and you are merely experiencing a slump due to the current economic climate, then a small business line of credit is one of the best ways to handle your issues.

In my personal experience, once a line is established, it is relatively simple to go about your daily business operations. Whenever you need funds, simply stop by the bank and meet with your representative. They will write a check for the amount desired, and after that you are in great shape.

If this is not an available opportunity for you and your business, then looking into merchant advances could be another form of borrowing for your business.

The United States is easily one of the most diverse countries in the world. Despite a history of prejudice, families of all races have found themselves blend into the culture.

One area that has traditionally been a safe haven for minorities is running a small business. In the same way that sba business loans are gaining notoriety, minority business loans are becoming more and more prevalent in the market.

Many of these small businesses do not know that minority business loans are an option, so they continue to struggle with their operations. Education with our business system is the one issue that is extremely common with newer business owners.

Because of this lack of knowledge, many of these owners do not know how they can secure a loan or any type of funding for their business. If they somehow do find the funding they need, there is always a chance that future funding is needed. My sister is a minority business owner, but thankfully she had more of the education needed to be successful.

When she started her business, she secured a start up loan from a local bank to cover the expenses for inventory, rent, and salaries for her employees.

Once she exhausted her funds from the loan, she was already in her third year of business. With the nature of her business, her suppliers require her to pay for her goods ahead of time.

Because of this, she cannot secure her products then pay ninety days down the road. This is a common practice for many larger companies, but for my sister this was not an option. In order to have enough funds on hand before the transaction, she found a lender willing to do a merchant advance.

With a merchant advance, she could sell her future credit card cash flows in return for cash now. She had to submit her credit card history, and with that history, the lender determined how much they were willing to lend her.

Using the funds, she was able to pay her lenders upfront, and the business operations began to grow. She was paying back a percentage of her sales to the lender, but the cash advance had already proven to be a successful venture.

Because of the advance her overall sales for that year grew ten percent, and this was simply because she could have her inventory available at the same time as her competitors. Thanks to minority business loans, my sister was able to continue this profitable business.

My family has run a motel business for the last fifteen years. We have been extremely successful in our area, and until recently, rarely faced struggles in finding funding for our business. Due to our franchise contract, it is necessary to renovate the property is various aspects on a yearly basis.

This is a costly process, so it is necessary for us to raise funds for this venture. For the last five years, we had a line of credit at a local bank. We had never failed to repay on this line, and we had never received warnings from the bank about our credit line. Despite the market conditions, early indications from the bank showed that we were not going to lose our line of credit.

In early February, we had begun planning to completely remanufacture our pool. This was recommended by the state, so we could cut costs every year on pool operation.

Our pool is one of our selling points during the summer, so we felt it was necessary to go through with the renovation. This was going to require thousands of dollars, so we had to be smart about it. We went to the bank to receive the funds from our line of credit, but we were rejected.

The bank’s new management had suspended all lines of credit, so we were out of luck. We tried to line up a loan for the project, but we did not have any success. We had already purchased the materials needed for the project and hired a company to perform the work on the pool.

A family member recommended that we look into minority business loans. There were many opportunities for us to find minority business loans, so we had renewed hope in completing our project. These loans were set up to help minorities succeed in the business world.

Without this loan, we would have had difficulty for the rest of the year. Despite receiving the loan, it has been difficult operating without our line of credit. Luckily, we were able to find various minority business loans that helped us continue to operate during the summer and currently.

This has been a seamless process for us, and it could be a great opportunity for any business owner. I highly recommend any minority that is having trouble finding funding through the normal avenues to look into one of these loans. For our family, this saved our lifestyle.

With the current economic crisis in the United States, it is difficult to succeed in this market. Banks have collapsed, and it is extremely difficult to find funding as well.

Large companies have struggled to find funding and they have collapsed. These are companies that have been around for almost one hundred years, so this is a big sign that things are difficult. With so many larger companies failing, is it possible for the small businesses to survive?

In most cases, it has been extremely difficult for businesses to survive during this economic crisis. In my personal experience, our business has struggled due to families having less disposable income. This is difficult for us to deal with because as we are experiencing lower sales, our overhead is increasing.

Our landlord is increasing the rent for our space, and our vendors are demanding immediate payment on good we receive. These changes make us have to change our business plan, and with less income coming in, it is difficult to accommodate these changes. We recently looked into receiving sba business loans to help us in our struggles.

We went to various banks in an effort to receive sba business loans, but many of these banks were afraid to loan the money to us. These were banks that we have done business with for over ten years, so it was difficult to see that we could not get a loan from them.

We had received loans in the past, and we always made our payments on time or fully repaid the loan in a reasonable amount of time. It was disconcerting to see that we did not qualify for any loans despite our regular business with the bank.

Without leveraging our company, it was going to be difficult for us to grow. Of course, the banks wanted to see a potential for growth before they loaned the money, but we needed money to grow! We began a search for alternate methods of funding. We eventually found that we could have sba business loans from an organization with little or no charge in terms of interest.

These loans would not need any collateral, and it would involve pre-selling our future sales to a company. The company would loan us the money now, and they would receive the funds from our future sales in the future. This was a great decision for us because we were able to settle our monetary issues now by selling our future success.

Credit card factoring is a fast alternative to traditional bank loans and could be the answer you and your business have been looking for.

When your business is in desperate need of funds, navigating your way through the options available to you for helping or growing your business can be extremely daunting. As a business owner, you are already worried about the welfare and longevity of your business, and the added stress of the extreme economic downturn has done nothing to quell your fears. Not only are you faced with the new challenges that the declining economic state has forced you and your company to deal with, now there are even less opportunities to help your company when it is in need.

There are a variety of loan options available to small business owners, but it is quite possible that you have already taken out loans for start up costs or other various business needs. Your business needs money now and you want to avoid headaches and hassles, so where to turn? But do not let your fears get the best of you, there is an answer to your problems.

As a small business owner you may need a business cash advance and the quickest and most hassle free way to get immediate working capital for you and your company is to choose the loan option based on your future credit sales. Getting a cash advance on your credit card sales might be a new concept to you, but credit card factoring can be an efficient and easy solution to your problems. While financing through a small business loan can seem like the more obvious or traditional route to getting the capital you need, getting an advance offers many benefits that a bank loan does not and will not.

By pursuing an advance from a reputable company, you will receive your funds n less than fourteen business days. Along with quick approvals and fast funding, choosing an advance means not needing a personal guarantee, liens or collateral, and absolutely no restriction on how to use your funds. Credit card factoring is a fast alternative to traditional bank loans and could be the answer you and your business have been looking for.

In the past there have been many tools for minorities to utilize when it comes to enhancing an existing or growing business and minority business loans have always been a more favored option. Because of the economic climate and declining markets in today’s world and due to the onset of international business outsourcing, there has been a serious decline in the venues and avenues that minorities can pursue to further the growth of their flourishing businesses. Even grants, which had previously been a robust conduit through which businesses run by minorities could obtain funds, have diminished in both numbers and size. While prospects for minority business loans might seem grim, upon further inspection of available opportunities for funding, there is a realistic, advantageous, and easy option available to you and your business.

A great outlet for growing your business could be the use of a credit advance or loan. These kinds of loans and other parallel types of funding can help increase sustainability and viability for your all of your entrepreneurial endeavors. The benefits of using an advance that is extended to you from a reputable and committed company are numerous. Working with a company who is committed to helping your business succeed by getting you the loan money you need in a timely fashion is essential to you and your company’s success. Working with a funding company that will work to understand your company’s needs and the inner working of your accounting structures can really help you and your company in a time when many other minority business owners are suffering.

While the rest of your competitors are worrying about the life of their business, you can be allocating the funds that you can receive in less than two weeks. By acting now, and using a company that is committed to you in offering the right kind of loan, you are gaining an edge over your competitors and doing what is best for your business right now and in the future. So, now minorities have an added edge to obtain, enhance, grow, promote and maintain their businesses. The economy has affected many small businesses, but don’t let it affect yours.

Need a loan without the collateral? Get in line. Unless you know a leprechaun who owns a bank, you’ll have to consider other alternatives to an unsecured business credit line.

The current recession has had businesses of all sizes in unprecedented numbers hitting banks up for loans, whether unsecured or not. The trouble is that the banks don’t have any money, the very condition that has fanned the flames of this crisis in the first place. Getting an unsecured loan these days is about as difficult as finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Surviving in this economy means thinking outside the box. An unsecured business credit line may be as fleeting as Big Foot in this economy, but there are other ways to secure considerable cash without credit or collateral. Tough times need to be sweated out, and a market advance gives you the survival capacity to do just that. A cash advance provides a lump sum of money to your business against your future credit and debit sales, allowing you the cash you need now that can be conveniently repaid tomorrow.

Keep in mind that a cash advance is not a loan. Therefore, you don’t need liens or collateral. The advance is later paid back through reasonable, agreed upon percentages of your future sales of credit and debit transactions. Since it’s not a loan, there isn’t even any interest paid. You pay back only a fixed amount, so you never have to worry about late payments, deferred interest, or paying down principals.

Most business loans stipulate that the money be spent in certain ways. With a market advance, the money is straight up cash that’s yours to be spent in any way you want. It provides resources to develop and grow your business to better meet the changing needs of the market, or simply grants the cash you need to cohesively stay afloat in the challenging waters of this economy.

Times may be tough, banks may be broke, but you can still get the cash you need even without collateral. When you borrow against better times, you have a perpetual unsecured credit line. All you decide is how much you want and what you’re going to do with it.
